Belly Fat Tea

Yield: 1 cup  

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. of water
  • 1 whole lemon (cut in half)
  • 1/8 tsp. of cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Cut lemon in half, squeeze in water
  2. Boil water and lemon (peel included)
  3. Add cayenne pepper to boiling water
  4. Let cool and drink

Hydration Tea

Yield: 1 gallon 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 dandilion root ta
  • 1/4 gallon organic inrefined apple juice
  • 1/2 gallon reverse osmosis water
  • stevia to sweeten

Directions

  1. Make tea with boiling hot water or in a sun tea fashion
  2. Pour over ice
  3. Sweeten with stevia or agave nectar

Fat Burning Tea

Yield: 2-4 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 Cinnamon tea bag
  • 1 Peppermint tea bag
  • 1 Milk thistle tea bag

Directions

  1. 2-4 cups boiling hot water to make the tea but can serve over ice
  2. Agave nector or stevia to sweeten
  3. Perfect before work out tea, stimulates fat burning and increases blood flow to those fatty areas

  • 1 peppermint tea bag (caffeine free)
  • 1 raspberry tea bag (caffeine free)

Directions

  2. Pour over ice
  3. Sweeten with stevia or agave nectar
  4. This tea is great for gas, cramping, and bloating
  5. You can add 1 tsp. of psyllium husk if constipation is an issue

Worlds Healthiest Lemon Aid

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup reverse osmosis water
  • Agave nectar or stevia to sweeter

 

Whey, Blueberry and Flaxseed Protein Shake

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Optimal Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup of organic blueberries
  • 1/16 tsp. (2 to 4 drops) stevia or ½ tsp. coconut sugar
  • 1 cup of almond, rice or low fat milk
  • 1 tbsp. raw almond or cashew butter
  • ½ cup ice

Directions

  1. Whiz all the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy
  2. This would make a great breakfast, or you could have it as a snack

Oatmeal Smoothie

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • ½ cup uncooked rolled oats
  • ¼ cup of raw nuts or seeds
  • ½ cup of fruit
  • ½ cup of water
  • ½ cup of ice

Directions

  1. Blend rolled oats and nuts or seeds dry in blender until powdery. Add fruit, water, ice and blend until desired consistency and enjoy!
