Canadian Customers

For Canadian addresses, please call our customer service department to place a order (800) 914-0919. Orders cannot be placed online. The cost for shipping is based on the total order weight and MSRP. Your order will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Expected delivery time is 6-12 business days, unless you chose expedited shipping. Also, please note that you will have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your East West Essentials invoice. All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation cost both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card.
