Shakes
Protein Powder Shake
Ingredients:
- 2 Scoops Optimal Protein Powder
- 8 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 Cup of Ice
- Pinch of Stevia
Preparation:
- Mix together scoops of Optimal Protein Powder, unsweetened almond milk, raw almond butter and a pinch of Stevia to sweeten.
- Add ice.
Whey, Blueberry and Flaxseed Protein Shake
Ingredients:
- 2 Scoops Optimal Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
- ½ cup of organic blueberries
- 1/16 tsp (2 to 4 drops) stevia or ½ tsp coconut sugar
- 1 cup of almond, rice, or low fat milk
- 1 tbsp. raw almond or cashew butter
- ½ cup ice
Preparation:
- Whiz all the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy.
- This would make a great breakfast, or you could have it as a snack.
