Protein Powder Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 Scoops Optimal Protein Powder
  • 8 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • Pinch of Stevia
Preparation:
  1. Mix together scoops of Optimal Protein Powder, unsweetened almond milk, raw almond butter and a pinch of Stevia to sweeten.
  2. Add ice.

Whey, Blueberry and Flaxseed Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 Scoops Optimal Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup of organic blueberries
  • 1/16 tsp (2 to 4 drops) stevia or ½ tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 cup of almond, rice, or low fat milk
  • 1 tbsp. raw almond or cashew butter
  • ½ cup ice
Preparation:
  1. Whiz all the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy.
  2. This would make a great breakfast, or you could have it as a snack.
