Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 shallot
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 jalapeƱo or cayenne pepper to taste (optional, makes it spicy!)
  • 1 lime
  • Himalayan pink salt and cracked pepper to taste

Directions
Mash two avocados with 1 shallot, 2-3 garlic cloves, 1 lime, and cayenne pepper to taste. You can also add Himalayan pink salt, cracked pepper, and ginger.
